Update by my Momma.....

Well anyday now, I'm expecting peanut to crawl, and cut top teeth. It's a race to see what happens first. She is very cranky today, so maybe it's her gums hurting her. Poor baby. She's napping now. I have to baby proof the house in the next couple of days. I can't believe it's already that time. Where in the world does the time go?? Her hair is growing like a little weed. Her little bald spot is almost covered up. She's wearing 9-12 month clothing now. Can you believe it? Cleaned out her closet again today. It's hard to pack up her clothes. I've grown attached to them so it makes me sad when I have to do that. I bought her Halloween costume last week. She will be the sweetest little ladybug around!! I know it's still summer, but these costumes were going fast and I just couldn't help myself. The hat is too small, so I will need to sew elastic around the chin to hold it on. She said her first word last week (Dada) and she's trying to wave bye-bye. We've been practicing that alot. I signed her up for Gymboree classes starting next Thursday. It's once a week for 45 minutes. This will be a hoot!! She will love it. She is mesmerized by other children, so I think it will be good for her. She loves Noggin and I have to say it's a pretty cute little channel. It teaches children shapes, colors, numbers, how to share, etc. She ate table food last week. I fixed her a plate of mashed potatoes and squash. She loved it, as I knew she would. Enjoy the rest of your summer. It will be fall before we know it!! XOXO Jennifer

Happy Birthday Daddy

We kicked off the weekend with a trip to Eischans on Friday night. Mom & Dad rode the Harley and us kids followed in Nana & Papa's car. This was my 2nd time there. Eischans was the first place they took me when I came home from the hospital. We love that place!! I can't wait to nipple on some fried chicken when I get all of my teeth. On Saturday, Mom threw Dad a surprise dinner at his favorite restaurant Old Germany. We blindfolded him and giggled the whole way there. Dad has a hard time when he doesn't know what's going on. He was a sport and he enjoyed all of the company that came to celebrate with him. More pics to follow....Daddy hard at work, shining the bikes

G Doc and Uncle Colin were driving threw Oklahoma on their way to Georgia and stopped for a night. Colin brought the platter he made mommy that is now proudly displayed in the living room!!
