Celebrating Granny Bill's Life

We celebrated Granny's life in Fort Worth a couple of weeks ago. She passed away unexpectedly after Thanksgiving leaving all of us grieving over her sudden death. I feel fortunate that she got to meet and spend time with her great~grandchildren before she passed. She was funny, feisty and always a sweatheart! She will be greatly missed!

Christmas Day

A year ago this Christmas Audrey was 11 months and learning to walk and talk.
This Christmas she was baking cookies, helping me decorate the tree, making holiday art at school, and learning to speak in sentences. I've noticed such a change in her the last couple of months. She's so smart and growing up so quickly. I just can't believe how fast time seems to be flying by, and more so when you're raising children I think.

She was kind enough to sleep until 9am so Conor & I could catch up from the night before. This was her walking into the living room and taking it all in. She was so funny! The expression she had on her face when she saw her kitchen that Granny JJ & G Doc got her was priceless.
A chef in the making!

Ava even got to partake in the opening festivities of gifts.
Audrey is such an arteest. I thought she would enjoy her Doodler, which she does.
