Obsessed With Books....

I wish I could say obsessed with listening to me read books to her, but quite the opposite. Our daughter is obsessed with eating the pages of her books.

::The definition of Pica ~ a pattern of eating non-food materials (such as dirt or
paper). Children and adults with pica may eat: Clay;
Dirt; Ice; Paint; Sand::

She loves ice as well, but I draw the line at dirt, paint & clay. This could get interesting.

I put all of her nice hardback books that I would love to keep up on the shelf where she can't reach them, and those come out for story telling time only.

Her little pony....
Curious little hands....
She loves to sit on her pig chair and flip through the pages of her books.....
So intently might I add......
I'm certain she'll outgrow this. Here's to hoping. :)
