Sneak Peek.....

Our Baby Audrey Caroline who is apparently not so much of a baby anymore, will be celebrating her 1st birthday this Saturday. I can not believe it's been almost a year since I first held her in my arms scared to death of what the next 18 years had in store for us. It flew by and I never took a moment for granted. Even those 4am feedings of dancing and singing softly around the house while Sound Scapes was playing in the background with her craddled in my arms, praying for her to drift of to dream land so I could go back to sleep. And even those road trips we took with her that included some major blowouts...and I don't mean the tire. I welcomed every moment. The first year with your first born is so very special. It was just us. Learning. Terrified of doing something wrong. I doubled checked myself constantly. I sanitized everything in sight, including people. I checked on her every hour to make sure she was still breathing. When we took her out in public, she was to be covered with a blanket at all times. I checked the back seat three times to make sure I had her with me and didn't leave her behind (sounds crazy, but I did). I surprised myself. Being a mommy came very natural to me, and I LOVE every moment of every day with my family!!! To celebrate our Baby's 1st Birthday, we are throwing her a 'Berry Sweet' Birthday Party. I've been dreaming of her 1st bday party since before she was born. So this will be a weekend to remember. I love to make anything, so that's exactly what I'm doing. I made everything from the centerpieces to the cupcake toppers and everything in between. Without giving it away, here's a sneak peek at Audrey's Birthday Party one week before......
