Wine & Canvas

On Saturday Wine & Canvas was held at In The Raw. I met mom & my sister there to enjoy an afternoon of wine, sushi & painting.

Here is what we painted. It's called a 'Farm In Brittany' and it was actually a lot harder than I anticipated.

It was interesting to see other peoples interpretation of the same painting.

Day 17 Challenge: {An Art Piece}

Shelly Stanfield is my favorite acrylic artist! This acrylic on canvas is called 'Heart Beat' and I've had my eye on it for a while now. One thing on my bucket list this year is to start collecting more original artwork and due away with things in our home that I've outgrown or don't love anymore. Obviously that takes a lot of time and funds, so slowly but surely we have started our art collection that we're so proud of. Maybe one year in the future we can splurge and buy this as an anniversary present for our living room.
